My coaching practice is dedicated to personalized transition support for supervisors, veterans, and federal employees. Whether moving into leadership roles, preparing for retirement, or redefining purpose while in federal service, I provide guidance that enhances emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and resilience. As a certified coach with a background in social work, organizational psychology, and federal leadership, I combine professional insight with practical experience. My practice integrates proven models like the GROW framework, Birkman Method, and EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) to help clients gain clarity, strengthen decision-making, and confidently move forward.
